  3. Advanced computer related skills including:
    • In-depth knowledge of all versions of the Windows OS
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Basic networking skills
    • Resolving internet connectivity issues
    • Advance hardware repair / replacement knowledge
    • Advanced Malware / Spyware diagnostic and repair
  4. Recent prior work experience in diagnosing and repairing PCs or consumer electronics – at least 2 years experience
  5. Experience with remote desktop tools – LMI preferred 6. Highly Proficient with English (oral and written)
