Ms. Rachelle M. de Guzman joined PeoplePlusTech on June 2009 after she graduated from STI College with Diploma in Information Technology. She joined the company as an Office Administration Assistant. Some of her responsibilities were processing of all payment requests, canvassing of office supplies, custodian of suppliers’ contract and database, preparing of monthly inventory of office supplies and furnitures.

Recently, she joined the HR and Recruitment Team. Currently she handles Compensation and Benefits including updating of Employees’ Database, processing of government mandated benefits, Healthcard enrollment and deletion and Employee On-boarding which includes facilitation of For background check and Medical results.

Special Interests: She loves to watch movies and travel.
