Job duties:

>
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
>
Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.
>
Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
>
Perform instance creation and startup
>
Create managed disk or unmanaged disk
>
Create and manage Recovery vaults
>
Create managed disk
>
Create and manage NSG rules
>
Create and manage VNETs
>
Manage OMS and Log Analytics
>
Create dashboards to monitor server component
>
Attend to incident, request, change order and problem tickets using the agreed SLA
>
On-Call Support during weekdays and weekends
>
Monitor and provide recommendation when Azure Cloud maintenance is scheduled
>
Perform monthly server inventory or as needed
>
Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of server related issues


Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the Azure platform
  • Ability to utilize effective techniques to determine root causes of problems, use tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing and resolving operational problems, and identify and mitigate risk
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, give consideration to views and concerns of others, achieve objectives through teamwork
