IP Telephony Specialist


Job duties:

>
Create and manage dial plans and routes for cloud PBX
>
Request, assign and manage telephone numbers
>
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents related to user account administration
>
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents with desktop application
>
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with IP desk phones and conference room phones and other hardware issues
>
Troubleshoot call quality issues and engage with other Association Third Parties as required
>
Resolve Level 2 incidents related to Ring Central Office performance and functionality, raise incidents to Association’s Third Party as required
>
Receive and resolve incidents raised by client
>
Manage and maintain Ring Central Office platform and service uptime
>
Maintain technical and environment administration documentation used to support Ring Central Office
>
Maintain skills needed to support Ring Central Office

Note: Work for ring central is more on the administration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
  • Experience in Avaya plus VoIP and OBX
