  • Must be a college graduate
  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • 2+ years experience in quality monitoring or quality assurance role in a customer or technical support delivery environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of quality tools
  • Knowledge of quality initiatives such as ISO 9001:2000, Six Sigma, Lean and Quality Trainings
  • Good analytical skills
  • Understanding of contract center operations or experience working in a call center in a technical or customer support domain
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can speak, read, and write fluently in Thai language
