Ms. Marinela “Nei” de Austria has been the General Manager and Corporate Secretary of PeoplePlusTech Inc. since its incorporation. She started her career with Surf Shop Inc., an Internet Service Provider and owner of ClickTheCity.com In 2007, she founded ManilaPOW Inc. and became its General Manager until October 2008. In 2011, Ms. De Austria served as the Finance and Corporate Business Manager for Volenday Inc., another IT consulting company, until April 2013.
Ms. De Austria focused on PeoplePlusTech Inc. in May 2017 and is currently in charge of corporate finance, treasury, investor relations and day to day operations.
Ms. Grace Medrano, serves as an HR Manager and Business Partner for People Plus Tech Inc. She brings over 22 years of experience in both consulting and corporate environments internationally and locally. Prior to joining, Grace has worked with both mature and start-up organizations where she managed all aspects of the employment process including employee handbook development, policy and procedure development, performance management, training and development, payroll administration, employee life-cycle support, HR strategy, employee engagement and project management.
Currently, she is responsible for providing clients with full human resource consulting in areas including, job description development, assisted with candidate search efforts, candidate interview coordination, tracking, reporting, employment contracts, new hire onboarding, promotions, salary increases, terminations, administering benefit programs, guidance on labor compliance issues, HR infrastructures, benefit administration, employee relations issues, key employee retention programs, HR-related projects, as well as training and guiding team members on HR processes.
Grace previously supports wide variety of industries including broadcasting, legal, education, hotel, automotive, construction, non-profit, and software.
Employee Relations Manager
Ms. Rachelle M. de Guzman – Vergara joined PeoplePlusTech on June 2009 as an Office Administration Assistant. Some of her responsibilities are processing all payment requests, canvassing of office supplies, custodian of suppliers’ contract and database, preparing of monthly inventory of office supplies and furniture. She joined the HR and Recruitment Team last June 2013. She is handling Compensation and Benefits including updating of Employees’ Database, processing of government mandated benefits, Health card enrollment, and deletion.
Mr. Soledad started his career at PHINMA as part of the ERP migration team. He then joined the company in 2010 as Accounting Officer. Through his leadership and expertise, he became Finance Lead in 2016. He has a cumulative 10 years of experience in payroll, tax and financial reporting.
Raphael Lawrence Marabut, also known as Rap, graduated with a degree of BS Accountancy on 2015. He began his career at Cloud Employee as a Junior Accountant that focuses on general accounting and payroll processing. Since he loves computation, he focused primarily on payroll and joined PeoplePlusTech, Inc. on July 2018 as a Payroll Officer. Rap is also into entertainment and performing arts. His enthusiasm and genuine warmth will surely rub off on others.
